By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, July 6 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $5.14 million of 0% trigger autocallable notes due July 3, 2025 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus a 10% annualized premium if each index closes at or above its call level, 100% of initial level, on any annual observation date.
