New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.24 million buffered PLUS linked to Nasdaq, Russell, Dow

Chicago, June 18 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.24 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 11, 2026 linked to the worst performing of the Nasdaq 100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performer finishes greater than or equal to its initial value, the payout will be par plus 122% of the worst performing index return.
If the worst performer falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par.
If the worst performer falls by more than 25%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the index beyond the 25% buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
