New Issue: UBS prices $1.62 million airbag gears linked to indexes

Chicago, April 26 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.62 million of 0% airbag gears due April 4, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.26 times the return of the lesser performing index.

If any index falls but the return of each index is at least 75% of its initial level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.3333% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 25%.

UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
