New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $2.68 million jump securities with autocallable feature on indexes

New York, March 25 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.68 million of 0% jump securities with autocallable feature due March 17, 2026 linked to the worst performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual premium of 9.5% if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual observation date.

At maturity, if all indexes finish at or above their initial levels, then the payout will be par plus 47.5%. If any index finishes below its initial level but each index finishes at or above its downside threshold level, 65% of its initial level, the payout will be par. If the worst performing index finishes below its downside threshold level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of that index.
