New Issue: Barclays sells $1.58 million buffered digital notes on the Dow

Los Angeles, Dec. 30 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.58 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Feb. 28, 2022 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 6.25%.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond 10%.
