New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.5 million 4.05% yield notes on Nasdaq, Russell, Dow

New York, Dec. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC sold $1.5 million of 4.05% yield notes due Oct. 14, 2021 linked to the worst performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest will payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any index closes below its trigger level, 65% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least-performing index declines from its initial level.
