New Issue: Barclays sells $1.77 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 11 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.77 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Nov. 28, 2025 tied to the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times any gain the lesser performing index.
Investors will receive par if the index finishes flat or falls by 15% or less.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
