New Issue: Barclays sells $635,000 buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P, Dow

New York, Nov. 23 – Barclays Bank plc priced $635,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due May 18, 2028 tied to the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times any gain the lesser performing index, capped at par plus 95%.
Investors will receive par if the index finishes flat or falls by 20% or less.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
