New Issue: Barclays prices $370,000 barrier SuperTrack notes linked to Dow, Russell

New York, Nov. 19 – Barclays Bank plc priced $370,000 of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due Oct. 31, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the lesser-performing index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus three times the lesser-performing index’s return, up to par plus 33%. If the lesser-performing index declines by 30% or less, the payout will be par. If it declines by more than 30%, investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the lesser-performing index declines from its initial level.
