New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.26 million autocallable yield notes tied to indexes

By Taylor Fox

New York, Nov. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.26 million of 8.75% autocallable yield notes due Oct. 27, 2021 linked to the worst performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable monthly.

Beginning April 21, 2021, the notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date other than the final one.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index closes below its trigger level, 68% of its initial level, on any day during the life of the notes and the return of the least-performing index is negative, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least-performing index finishes below its initial level.
