New Issue: Citigroup prices $655,000 barrier digital plus notes linked to Russell, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 9 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $655,000 of 0% barrier digital plus securities due Oct. 31, 2025 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If each underlying index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus greater of the digital return of 36.5% and the gain of the worse performing index.

If either underlying index falls by but not below its 70% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing index.
