New Issue: Barclays prices $985,000 6.25% autocallable notes on Dow, Nasdaq

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $985,000 of 6.25% autocallable fixed-coupon notes due Oct. 29, 2021 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be automatically called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any monthly call date after six months.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its barrier level, 75% of its initial level, in which case the payout will be par minus 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index declines from its initial level.

Barclay is the agent.
