New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1 million buffered partial participation securities tied to S&P, Dow, Nasdaq

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 26 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1 million of 0% buffered partial participation securities due Nov. 19, 2021 linked to the worst performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 85% of any gain of the worst performing index.

If the worst performing index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par.

If the worst performing index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of that index beyond 15%.
