New Issue: Barclays sells $621,000 buffered SuperTrack notes linked to the Dow

Los Angeles, Sept. 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $621,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Aug. 29, 2025 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, capped at par plus 35%.
If the index declines up to 20%, investors will receive par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 20% buffer.
