New Issue: GS Finance prices $2.11 million autocallable buffered notes on Dow

Chicago, Aug. 26 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.11 million of 0% autocallable buffered index-linked notes due Aug. 24, 2022 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus 8.85% if the index closes at or above the initial index level on Aug. 30, 2021.

If the notes are not called and the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the index return. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for each 1% loss beyond 10%.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
