New Issue: JPMorgan prices $931,000 uncapped buffered return enhanced notes on Nasdaq, Dow

Chicago, July 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $931,000 of 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Dec. 30, 2022 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.14 times the return of the least-performing index.

If either index finishes flat or falls by up to 10% of its initial level, the payout will be par.

If either index falls by more than 10%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least-performing index declines beyond the 10% buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
