Olympia, Wash., June 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.26 million of 0% contingent buffered digital notes due June 25, 2021 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index finishes at or above 60% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent digital return of 7.25%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
