New Issue: Scotiabank prices $6.84 million notes due 2025 tied to the Dow

Columbus, Ohio, June 2 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $6.84 million of 0% notes due May 30, 2025 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain up to 56.5%.
If the index declines by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
BofA Securities, Inc. is the underwriter.
