New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.16 million buffered PLUS linked to the Dow

Los Angeles, May 18 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.16 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 3, 2022 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of the index gain, capped at par plus 26.25%. Investors will receive par if the index finishes flat or declines by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.
