New Issue: CIBC sells $12.96 million Leveraged Index Return Notes on the Dow

Columbus, Ohio, April 27 – Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce priced $12.96 million of 0% Leveraged Index Return Notes due April 25, 2025 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 109% of any index gain.
If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline.
