Columbus, Ohio, April 16 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.03 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 17, 2025 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 103% of the index gain. Investors will receive par if the index finishes flat or declines by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.
