New Issue: JPMorgan prices $347,000 capped buffered return enhanced notes on S&P, Russell, Dow

Chicago, April 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $347,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due June 30, 2021 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times the return of the least-performing index, capped at par plus 21.5%.

If either index finishes flat or falls by up to 15% of its initial level, the payout will be par.

If either index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least-performing index declines beyond the 15% buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
