New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $2 million Accelerated Return Equity Securities on Dow, S&P

Chicago, April 8 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $2 million of 0% Accelerated Return Equity Securities due April 1, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of the lesser performing asset is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 255% of the return of the lesser performing asset.

If either asset finishes below its initial level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing asset from its initial level.
