New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.9 million uncapped contingent buffered notes on three indexes

Chicago, March 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.9 million of 0% uncapped contingent buffered return enhanced notes due March 20, 2025 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If each index finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.24 times the gain of the worst performing index.

If any index falls but by no more than the 35% contingent buffer, the payout will be par.

If any index falls by more 35%, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing index.
