New Issue: Barclays prices $16.66 million leveraged index return notes on DJ Global Titans 50

New York, June 27 - Barclays Bank plc priced $16.66 million of 0% Leveraged Index Return Notes due June 28, 2013 linked to the Dow Jones Global Titans 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus 113.5% of any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 5% and will be exposed to any decline beyond 5%.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch is the agent.
