Moody's: Alam Sutera notes B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive B2 senior unsecured rating to the $150 million senior unsecured notes issued by Alam Sutera International Private Ltd., an entity wholly-owned by PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. and guaranteed by Alam Sutera Realty and its subsidiaries.

The proceeds from the issuance will be used for the acquisition of land and the construction and development of projects, Moody's said.
