Dasny partially defeases 2005B and 2005E Mental Health Services bonds

Norfolk, Va., April 2 - The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York partially defeased its series 2005B and 2005E facilities improvement revenue bonds issued for Mental Health Services, according to two notices.

The following 2005B bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 15, 2015:

• $535,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2016;

• $490,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2017;

• $510,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2018;

• $535,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2019;

• $5,355,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2020;

• $4.45 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2021;

• $4,675,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2022;

• $4.91 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2023;

• $5,155,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2024;

• $5.41 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2025;

• $29.2 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2030; and

• $6.45 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2035.

The following 2005E bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 15, 2015:

• $1.4 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2016;

• $1.09 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2017;

• $1.16 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2018;

• $1.23 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2019;

• $300,000 of 4.125% bonds due Feb. 15, 2020;

• $7,275,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2020;

• $5,835,000 of 4.75% bonds due Feb. 15, 2021;

• $6,115,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2022;

• $6,415,000 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2023;

• $6.74 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2024;

• $7,075,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2025;

• $28.19 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2030; and

• $6,195,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2035.
