New Issue: Dasny offers up $159.03 million of New York University revenue bonds

New York, Sept. 26 - The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York sold $159,025,000 of series 2013 revenue bonds for New York University, according to a pricing sheet.

The deal included $126,745,000 of series 2013A tax-exempt bonds and $32.28 million of series 2013B taxable bonds.

The 2013A bonds are due 2014 to 2033 with term bonds due in 2037 and 2043. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2037 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 104.62, and the 2043 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 103.818.

The 2013B bonds are due 2014 to 2028 with term bonds due in 2033 and 2043. The serial coupons range from 0.44% to 4.626% all priced at par. The 2033 bonds have a 5% coupon and the 2043 bonds have a 5.25% coupon, both priced at par.

The bonds (Aa3/AA-/) were sold through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used to finance the construction, renovation, improvement and repair of New York University facilities at the Washington Square campus, as well as the acquisition and construction of properties on Lafayette Street.
