New Issue: Dasny brings $1.81 billion of state personal income tax revenue bonds

New York, June 14 - The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York priced $1,814,925,000 of series 2012A state personal income tax revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (//AA) were sold through Goldman, Sachs & Co.
The bonds are due 2017 to 2033 with 1.5% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to finance capital projects at the State University of New York, The City University of New York and SUNY Upstate Community College and to refund certain maturities of the series 2000A-B Metropolitan Transportation Authority state service contract bonds and certain maturities of various personal income tax revenue bonds issued by Dasny and the Empire State Development Corp.
