New Issue: Dasny brings $126.745 million of State University Dormitory Facilities revenue bonds

New York, Sept. 22 - The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York priced $126.745 million of series 2010A State University Dormitory Facilities Issue lease revenue bonds, said a pricing sheet.

The bonds were sold through Loop Capital Markets LLC, with Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and Southwest Securities Inc. as the co-managers.

The bonds are due 2011 to 2032, with term bonds due 2035, 2036 and 2040. Coupons range from 3% to 5%, but the full pricing details were not immediately available.

Proceeds will be used finance capital improvements to a variety of facilities within the state's university system.

Albany-based Dasny provides financing for educational, health care, corporate and nonprofit projects.
