Dasny to sell $158.6 million municipal health facilities improvement revenue bonds Thursday

New York, June 7 - The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York is scheduled on Thursday to price $158.595 million in series 2010-1 municipal health facilities improvement program lease revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be sold competitively.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to refund outstanding debt.

The Albany, N.Y.-based authority provides financing for nonprofit organizations and projects.
