Moody's rates Rockefeller University, N.Y., bonds Aaa/VMIG 1

Moody's Investors Service said it revised to Aaa/VMIG 1 from Aaa the ratings for Rockefeller University's $114.8 million of revenue bonds, series 2002A2 and series 2005A, issued through the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, which are being converted from auction-rate mode to weekly mode supported by the liquidity of the university.

Moody's also said it affirmed the Aaa and VMIG 1 ratings on the university's outstanding bonds.

The university has at total of $391.8 million of rated debt, including the current issue.

The outlook is stable.
