S&P rates Rockefeller University bonds AAA/A-1+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AAA/A-1+ rating to Dormitory Authority of the State of New York's $105 million of series 2008 bonds issued for Rockefeller University.

S&P said it also affirmed its AAA long-term rating and A-1+ rating of the university's existing debt.

The outlook is stable.
