S&P takes Dometic off watch

S&P said it removed Dometic Group AB’s ratings from CreditWatch with negative implications. S&P put the ratings on watch on March 31.

The removal comes after Dometic amended the financial maintenance covenant requirements under its credit facilities with lenders, give it more flexibility and headroom over the next four quarters and reducing the risk of a breach, S&P said.

The agency also affirmed the BB- ratings on Dometic and its senior unsecured bank facilities and notes.

The outlook is negative.
