By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Aug. 1 - Dollarama Group LP will begin a roadshow Tuesday for its $200 million offering of seven-year senior subordinated notes (B3/B-), according to market sources.

The roadshow wraps up on Aug. 9, and the offering will price thereafter.

Citigroup, JP Morgan and RBC Capital Markets are joint bookrunners.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt.

The prospective issuer is a Canadian dollar store retail chain with headquarters in Montreal.
