DBRS may up Dollar Thrifty

DBRS said it placed Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc.'s issuer rating of B (high) under review with positive implications.

The action follows the announcement that the company has reached a definitive agreement to be acquired by Hertz Corp. (BB issuer rating).
