Moody's reviews Dollar Thrifty

Moody's Investors Service is reviewing Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc.'s B1 corporate family rating and B1 (LGD3, 43%) senior secured credit facility rating for downgrade. Moody's also lowered the company's speculative grade liquidity rating to SGL-3 from SGL-2.

The review for downgrade is prompted by the company's reduction in its guidance for 2007 full year, the agency said, and will focus on the company's ability to stem its eroding credit metrics amid a weakening U.S. economic outlook.

For the 12 through September, the issuer's debt-to-EBITDA ratio was 4.2 times, down from 4.5 times.
