S&P revises Dole Food to stable

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed all of its ratings, including its B- corporate credit rating, on Dole Food Co. Inc. and revised the outlook to stable from positive.

"The outlook revision to stable reflects higher-than-expected leverage, in part due to the company's litigation payment at the end of fiscal 2015," S&P credit analyst Chris Johnson said in a news release.
