New Issue: Mexico’s Docuformas sells $300 million 10¼% five-year notes at 99.248

Columbus, Ohio, July 19 – Docuformas SAPI de CV priced $300 million of 10¼% five-year notes (BB-/BB-) at 99.248, according to a news release on Friday.

UBS was the bookrunner of the notes.

Proceeds of the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering will be used to repay the company’s existing bonds 2022 and for general corporate purposes, including debt amortization and portfolio growth.

Based in Mexico, Docuformas provides various financial services.
