Docuformas gets consents needed to amend 9¼% notes due 2022

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 30 – Docuformas, SAPI de CV said it received consents to some proposed amendments from holders of a majority of its senior notes due 2022.
Consequently, a supplemental indenture will be entered that will amend the "limitation on indebtedness" covenant and the definition of "permitted liens."
The supplemental indenture will become effective upon payment of the consent fee of $7.50 per $1,000 principal amount, which was previously increased from $5.00 per $1,000 principal amount.
Payment is expected to occur on Feb. 6, according to a news release.
The solicitation was announced on Jan. 16 and expired at 5 p.m. ET on Jan. 29.
