District of Columbia to price $102.83 million senior revenue bonds

New York, Dec. 17 – The District of Columbia is expected to price $102,825,000 of series 2016 senior revenue bonds for the National Center for Law Enforcement, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be sold through H.J. Sims & Co.

The deal includes $47,825,000 of series 2016A bonds, $30 million of series 2016B bonds and $25 million of series 2016C subordinate bonds.

The 2016A bonds are due 2031, 2036 and 2049. The 2016B bonds are due 2025 and 2027. The 2016C bonds are due in 2049.

Proceeds will be used to construct, equip and acquire a national law enforcement museum on E Street in Washington, D.C.
