District of Columbia prepares $99.03 million offering of revenue bonds

New York, June 18 – The District of Columbia is expected to price $99.03 million of series 2015 revenue bonds for the National Center for Law Enforcement, said a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be offered through H.J. Sims & Co.

The deal includes $76,095,000 of series 2015A bonds and $22,935,000 of series 2015B bonds.

The 2015A bonds are due in 2025, 2030, 2035, 2044 and 2049. The 2015B bonds are due July 1, 2025.

Proceeds will be used to construct, design, furnish, equip and improve a 57,000-square-foot national law enforcement museum in D.C.
