District of Columbia sets Tuesday as sale date for $160 million revenue bonds for NPR

New York, March 12 - The District of Columbia is scheduled to price $160 million in series 2010 revenue bonds (Aa3/AA-/) for National Public Radio, according to a calendar of upcoming deals.

The bonds will be sold through Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. with Loop Capital Markets LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. as the co-managers.

The proceeds will be used to fund a loan to NPR to renovate, construct, equip and upgrade NPR's facilities in Washington, D.C.
