S&P ups outlook on American University, D.C., bonds to positive

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook to positive from stable on District of Columbia's $256 million of various bonds issued for American University.

At the same time, S&P said it affirmed its long-term and underlying A rating on the district's outstanding bonds issued for American University.
