Diodes gets lender consent to extend reorganization-related deadline

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 7 – Diodes Inc. entered into a consent on Friday with Bank of America, NA as administrative agent to amend its credit agreement dated Jan. 8, 2013, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The consent extends to Dec. 1 the completion date for some of the company’s reorganization steps that are the subject of a previous credit agreement amendment, dated July 18.

Diodes is a Plano, Texas-based semiconductor manufacturer.
