Diodes to redeem all $236,000 of 2.25% convertible notes due 2026

Minneapolis, Oct. 13 - Diodes Inc. will redeem all its outstanding 2.25% convertible senior notes due 2026 on Dec. 1, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

As of Oct. 12, there was $236,000 of the securities outstanding, according to the filing.

Diodes will pay par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date. The company said in the filing that it intends to use available cash to fund the redemption.

Diodes Inc. is a Plano, Tex.-based manufacturer and supplier of application-specific standard products.
