S&P affirms, withdraws DigitalGlobe
S&P said it affirmed its BB corporate credit rating on DigitalGlobe Inc. and removed the rating from CreditWatch, where it was placed with developing implications on Feb. 24.
The outlook is stable.
The agency said it subsequently withdrew all the ratings on DigitalGlobe.
S&P said the actions follow the completion of MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd.’s acquisition of DigitalGlobe, which resulted in the repayment of all of DigitalGlobe's debt.
