Moody’s: DigitalGlobe unaffected by merger

Moody's Investors Service said DigitalGlobe, Inc.'s Ba3 corporate family rating, existing debt ratings and stable outlook are not impacted by the Feb. 24 announcement that the company entered into a definitive merger agreement with MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd.
