Moody’s: DigitalGlobe unaffected by acquisition

Moody's Investors Service said DigitalGlobe, Inc.'s Ba3 corporate family rating, Ba2 senior secured bank credit facility rating, B1 senior unsecured note rating and stable outlook are not impacted by the company's recent announcement that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Radiant Group, Inc. for $140 million in cash.
