Moody's: GeoEye, DigitalGlobe unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that the ratings of GeoEye Inc. and DigitalGlobe Inc. are not affected at this time, following the announcement that GeoEye delivered a proposal to DigitalGlobe to acquire the company for a total of about $1.3 billion - $790 million for DigitalGlobe's equity and about $500 million for its outstanding debt as of Dec. 31.
